-unaware of myself
-a bad person
i am an introvert and some people dont know how to care for an introvert. please learn how to care for an introvert. 
i am trying very hard. things are difficult and i am learning to deal with them, maybe all of them at once but im going to do it.
anxiety might paralyze me now but im going to permanently damage it's spinal cord. 

it is not necessary to get out of bed at 11 to tell me 'what are you doing' and then leave because i dont want to talk to you for about three weeks thank you

 i want a hot air balloon / that was really wonderful

today i felt very good and i was happy too! mostly because we found a cat on our deck and it was the same one that had little kittens in our backyard in early fall! i put out some cat food and when i came back it had eaten some it was so exciting!!

i am so happy and i feel pretty.
